No parties tonight. Just staying home. Too tired for a party lol. Steve’s watching it…
ummm…..
Friday - was bored stiff but Steve came home not feeling well so we weren’t going to go out. Instead invited over Sheila & Elizabeth and we watched three rented DVDs: The Four Feathers, Femme Fattale, and then Adaptation.
The Four Feathers is a movie I really like, I’d seen it before, but got it because the other day Sheila said she’d been wanting to see it. I really like that movie, to repeat.
Femme Fattale (am I spelling it right?) was not a movie that I should have let Sheila watch, honestly. It had a great storyline, but we had to fast foward too much and the f-word every other second gets entirely tiring. But again, I really liked the storyline.
Adaptation was so extremely boring. We got sick of it and fast fowarded like a half an hour to it was about a half an hour from the end - then it finally got a bit interesting.
I was up until 4:30, I don’t know how long those two stayed up.
Saturday - pretty much just sat around, I wasn’t feeling good then! Then we went up to my parents in the evening and watched The Four Feathers again because none of them had seen it.
Sunday - overslept because Elijah had me up until like 2:30 last night so we didn’t make it to church. Headed up and met K & A for lunch at Gordon’s then went to Schnuck’s and got L some tulips and then went to see her and T and THE BABY in the hospital! He is tiny - 5lbs, 14oz, almost as small as Elijah was, but I can’t hardly remember Elijah being that small. Seems baby T’s head is smaller than E’s was. Then we came home.
Crap, I was hoping to go to bed after I wrote here. But sounds like Elijah just woke up - now we’ll be up late again. Grrr. He has a doctor’s appointment at 9 in the morning. Yeah, I laughed when the girl suggested that time, but that’s what she had. Blah.
