Today is an exciting day, and in fact, it’s still all on the hush-hush.
Today is my brother’s girlfriend’s birthday. Tonight, he is going to ask her to marry him!!
And it is very exciting because we KNOW she will say yes!!
He wants to get married in August!! That’s like 2 months away!! He’s nuts, but I think they would rather do it before he leaves for college (2nd half, already got his AA a couple of weeks ago).
So yay!!
I’m really excited - I really like her, she’s very sweet. They’ve actually been together almost as long as Steve and I have been married, they hooked up a couple months after we married in 2000. So it’s pretty cool.
I told him if they need any help to let me know - I did my flowers for my wedding. And I know they are going to want to do this fast and cheap. Kinda like we did, too lol.
I also saw the ring, she’s got more diamonds than me, lol. But he got it for a an absolute great price, so it’s cool.
Anyway, can’t wait for tonight!!
