Luckily mine haven't come through, but my sister had to have hers removed when she was about 23 years old, because they were causing pain. But for the past few months I have had to wear a brace and retainers, because some of my teeth were too cramped together (they were overlapping a bit), and the dentist said it would be best if they were treated, incase I do get wisdom teeth in the future, to avoid overcrowding. But, if your teeth are really bothering you, then you should go right away. Especially if your wisdom tooth is indeed impacted or reversed.
