spoken for

hmmm… what?

Classy

I’m in class as I speak. I am bored senseless.
What are we doing right now? Headings one and two and three and copyright symbols and superscripts and images and horizontal lines and some ordered lists.
Everyone’s working on theirs - yeah it’s a quiz. I’m already finished and have been for quite some time now. They think I’m typing the paragraph.

I’m going to be kicking myself for the remainder of this semester, I should have tested out of Intro to Web Development. Shoulda, shoulda, shoulda. I could test out now, but then the only thing I could take is Intro to Visual Basic, since they cancelled Advanced Web Devel.

Please, someone come save me from this before I totally pass out!!!

Got this in my campus mail the other day…

If you don’t have a new 2004-05 student parking permit (blue and green)
on your vehicle, it’s time to take action. Please stop by the Business
Office during regular hours and obtain one free of charge.

Student cars without a new 2004-05 parking permit will receive a
written warning and ticketed if the violation continues.

The student parking permit is to be affixed to the outside passenger
side of the rear glass. It will remain valid through 5-31-05.

Gah. Who are they kidding? Stupid colleges think they can run your life. It’s a freaking huge one, too…
Yeah, my car does not have it’s thing on it tonight, I forgot it. ;-)

Hmmmm…. I am trying not to answer all the questions tonight…

I feel your frustration. When I started at Uni, I had to suffer 2 classes a week in IT. You have to pass the class to get into 2nd year, so it sucked majorly to be sat there having them explaining how to open a doc, save your work, print it, and then, after months, we worked up to *gasp* surfing the web (for research purposes only…pfft!). Didn’t matter how many IT and Word Processing/Admin qualifications I threw at them. They’re all mad!

Oh my gosh, that seems like even more torture than what I’m going through!
Luckily, I was able to get my general computer requirements waved (prereq to this class!) by talking to a secretary who emailed a few people. They said by testing out of computer proficiency I should be fine to enter into Intro to Web Devel.
I shoulda just said, “Here, go see this site and this one and this one and this one… can I get outta Intro, too??” *stupid*stupid*
