Christmas Cards
8Dec2004 Filed under: Days Go By Author: ValI wasn’t going to send them this year… but I just brought in five from the mailbox. That makes me realize that I probably should go ahead and send them. Some of these people, the only contact we have with them each year is through the Christmas cards…
How about you? Are you sending them this year? Do you usually? Why or why not?
[EDIT] So I just opened these things and I got one from Jenna, and in it was some gift certificates to The Pasta House. Thank you, Jenna, that was really, really sweet of you, I appreciate you very much. :-D I will definitly be sending Jenna a card of thanks.[/EDIT]

my mom sends christmas cards every year too…. hundreds of them or so it seems. Mostly to people we do not or hardly ever see.
I think I might just send some christmas cards to my friends this year, since I haven’t seen some of them since we graduated school last year :S….
The whole christmas cards thing really just is a waste of money and trees :P…… but still nice to get from some people….

Well I am afraid because at 37¢ a piece they add up to quite a bit. For everyone else who missed the email between me and Sam, I mean stamps to mail those cards!

Hi :)
I usually just send about 10 a year. Only to mom & dad, grandparents and a few close friends. The rest get e-cards! :D (because yes postage is getting outrageous!)

I have this complex. I still see myself as a kid…or at least not quite a grown up. And I’m thirty. And married. With three kids, two gerbils, and a bunny. LOL One of the things I do because it seems like what grown-ups do is send Christmas cards. Weird, I know.

I’ve been sending them the last couple of years now. Anymore I do it to send every one Jonathan’s Christmas pictures. That way I am not running all over to get them to people.
