I can’t believe it - it is the last day of the year, officially. It is December 31st and it is 60 degrees outside.
And we had snow this time last week.
In other news, my three strikes spam plugin has officially turned away 255 256 264 spam comments today. They are all from poker sites and have anywhere from 12 to 14 strikes against them. They are going all out with the links, putting 10 or 12 of them in there. And I get another one about every one to five minutes.

I hardly get any at FA now - Blacklist stops it all in it’s tracks. I used to get hounded to hell so badly at s-c.net though, that’s why I switched domains. :P
The poker sites thing is just ridiculous. They should be prosecuted or something, you know?

Okay make that another 341 turned away spam comments since I posted this entry last night. That’s a total of 605 in two days! But this spam plugin is freaking awesome - it’s caught every one of them. I’m only getting email notification because I choose to. And that is what is so cool about Gmail, it is grouping them together, mostly. I’ve found through this that 61 is the max conversations you can have grouped together, after that it starts another one. :-D
