Stupid BMG!
Stupid BMG… I get a cd in the mail from them today. I know right now that I didn’t order it and I know for a fact that I have turned down all of those stupid featured selections things. And to make it even more *fun* it’s a cd of an artist I don’t even really care for.
These people are extremely hard to get a hold of it seems. Hardly any contact information anywhere and their website is hard to navigate.
So I thought I’d call my credit card company first and tell them to refuse all further charges from BMG because this is just stupid - they have no right to charge me for anything unless I say so.
But apparently my credit card company is stupid, too! I have to press a ton of buttons until I finally get responses like, “call the vendor” and that if I’m not credited in 30 days, then to contact the credit card people, crap like that.
So I hung up on the computer and I guess I’m just going to do a return to sender with a note that they had better refund me now and see you, I’m not in your stupid little club anymore.
Oh I am so pissed off right now.
[EDIT] Okay I told them to cancel my account and the thing is packaged up with a note that I didn’t order it and they should refund me.
You probably think I’m overacting. Maybe. I’m in a mood here, so maybe. But really, it’s my credit card they’re messing with. You know what your credit card is these days? Your life. Maybe one day I’ll tell you all the time someone charged Earthlink to my card and how Earthlink acted like a butt about it…
