hmmm… what?

Wait, what happened?

So, I would be blogging about how Spring is finally and officially here, but a minute ago I noticed the outdoor thermometer said 94.0° so….

Well, I guess I can anyway. I’ve been watching my lilac bush daily, waiting for it to blossom and smell good and finally in between yesterday and today we have beautiful lilac flowers. On this, my little sister’s birthday. :-) Care to watch their progress with me?

I love those lilac flowers; they’re really pretty. Spring is my favourite season now.

  2.

I wish I could grow those where I live. Beautiful!

Heh, for a while there I thought you meant your little sister’s b’day. : )

The pics look nice. It’s nice to have pics from the beginning until now, really good.

Heh, yeah, we hit 90 today and I was not pleased. I vowed not to turn on the AC until I HAD to, but I’m a wimp and turned it on for a little bit.

Your flowers are SOOO pretty! I wish I mine would hurry and bloom.

This really feels like spring. Those lilac flowers are very beautiful.

Wow. :) That’s a great record of their development! You would make a good photographer for some gardening magazine or something, I can just see it in a magazine - a pictorial record of the development of lilacs.

Happy birthday to your sister, btw ;)

Hmmm, I’m really confused. Are the flowers called “Little sister”, or am I acting weird again? =\ I went from congratulating the birthday of your sister to feeling stupid and then focusing on the flowers and now I feel like I should have stuck to congratulating. =\ [may be I need breakfast one of these days...]

Isn’t spring a lovely season? Those photos are lovely. We have several bushes and trees that are blooming here; they’re all very beautiful to look at.

However, there’s one thing about spring I don’t like: the coming of spring means hot, sticky weather isn’t far behind. :/

Photos are adorable. Lilac is such a pretty color resulting in pretty flowers. It’s been cold here. Probably just me.

To clarify - yes, Thursday was my little sis’s birthday. She’s 18 now, an adult, I can hardly believe it!

    Thanks, everyone :)
