It has been raining for about the last three days I guess. And they’re calling for rain all weekend and all next week, too.
This might not be such a big deal but we really wanted to go to the zoo on Saturday. That and when it rains, my phone line acts up. The SBC guy is out there now trying to find the problem. This is the third or fourth one that has been here about this over the last year, I guess. Usually, though, by the time they get here, the line has dried up and they can’t find anything wrong with it. So, of course, this time, I called them as soon as I could. And it took them two days to send someone out. I feel bad that he’s out there in the pouring rain, but what am I supposed to do? Actually, with the phone line, my internet line usually goes, too. So I’m really surprised that not only the DSL but the wireless is working while I have no dialtone. What’s up with that?
So here’s to the rain going away, at least for tomorrow. I really want to go to the zoo!
Well, a couple of remarks to make I guess. First, I’m home after another week in Montreal. :)
Second, I totally can’t get over the rain. I was up in Montreal and the weather was a bit cool but very nice and I come home to a downpour. What’s up with that?
Third - you go girl for getting those guys out there.
Fourth - I have no clue why no dial tone but your DSL works. They are two different signals on the same wire but still, if the wire is down. Maybe you are on someone else’s wireless connection?

We’ve had sun all week, but now the weather forecast says rain for next week. Hope you got a bit sun today as well :D
