The Electronic Billing Plan makes it even more convenient for you to know when your latest bill is ready to be viewed. Sign up for this program and provide us an email address. We'll email you a note when your bill is ready and include a link you can click on to go directly to it.

Our Automatic Payment Plan (recurring bank draft) is convenient and simple — no checks to write and no worries about paying on time. Just sign up one time and your payment is automatically deducted from your checking or savings account each month. Since your payment isn't drafted until the due date of your bill, your money stays in your bank account longer, too.

The earliest enrollment in the Automatic Payment Plan will take effect is your next bill date. Until such time that you receive a bill that says "YOUR ACCOUNT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DRAFTED ON THE DUE DATE" in the lower left hand corner, you should continue to your payment by one of our other options - mail, phone or online. The status flag on the Account Center Home page will not change until the next bill date after your account has been successfully setup on the plan.

The budget billing plan is a great way to even out your gas bills on a year round basis. The amount of your monthly payment is based on a rolling 12-month average of your bill amount. The average is recalculated during each billing cycle, which will cause your payment amount to fluctuate from month to month, but it should vary by only a few dollars.

The budget billing plan does not have an annual settle up month, as our budget billing customers may have seen in the past, but instead continues until the account is inactivated, or budget billing is removed from the account.
