I don't see what they could ask us on the phone that they can't in email. But if things actually get serious and they show they really are interested in the item, whatever it is, then the phone is fine, to arrange things. Otherwise I feel like they're just wasting my time. Have not sold them but we've been dealing with a lot of personal stuff in this house so we took it off and will re-list later when all this is past.
