Bor-ring.

Seriously. I really liked the movie and this has to be the first time where I liked a movie but didn’t like the book. The story is really good but there’s just too much dribble, it was a chore to read the book. I was determined to finish, though, and I did. There would be interesting parts that would keep me going but then it would be back to long narratives. I wouldn’t say that this was above my reading level, I understood it perfectly, it just bored the heck out of me.

I have two copies of this book. Maybe that is why the one has been listed on paperbackswap for months now with no requesters…
