Well 1800flowers is a bit too busy for this holiday. I ordered flowers and paid extra for Valentines Day delivery. Of course they weren’t delivered. Now someone did call me and apologize for the problem. I think I will even receive some sort of gift certificate. nThe problem is I can’t speak to anybody. For 24 hours I have tried to speak to customer service and phone goes fast busy. I finally called to place a new order. After 15 min someone picked up the phone and explained that my order was cancelled and that I will get a credit in a few days. nThe kicker is that he said everyone was having problems. Wrong deliveries, no delieveries, no cards, wrong arrangements and more. I have never had a problem using this service, but maybe they are getting to big for there own good. nI tried to order from another company and that website said deliveries were closed for Valentines day. 1800flowers just wanted to rip people off. Now I know I wont see that money in 3-5 business days. They will keep that money until I force them to return it. nI will say that I wont be ordering from this company again nJasonnNewark, New JerseyU.S.A.
