We ordered a dress on-line at [email protected] The dress arrived in the wrong color and the quality was very poor. We contacted them immediately. They asked us to send the dress back and they would give me a refund on my credit card. I sent the dress back to them at my expense ($85.98 shipping cost!) and emailed them 6 times to follow up. It has been over 11 weeks since they received the dress and I have not gotten a refund, nor have I heard back from this company. The total loss for us was $493.88. nThis was a prom dress, which my daughter saved to purchase. I take the time to write this report in hopes that nobody else gets scammed by this company.
