Asian American Association Telecom Services tricked my mom, 74-year old, to use their service. They only told my mom that she didn”t need to pay anything if she was not using the phone and very cheap to call China. They didn”t disclose that once you used the phone what the charge would look like. All of sudden, items like “Paper Invoice Fee”, “Asian LD FEE” show up in the bill, and the next town long distant call was 7 cent/min. I pointed out to the lady, who said she was the manager, that it was their fault that the sales didn”t fully disclose the hidden charge and were cheating customer. She denied and didn”t want to give me her name and her supervisor. When I asked how they switched my account to their service without my agreement, they said anyone who was older than 18 had the right to do so.
