Beware of abstract ventures company. Just look at their website and how they communicate with people. There’s a hint: no communication at all. How is anyone supposed to contact them if there’s no contact information at all? No address, no email, no phone number. Their facebook and twitter profiles are empty or suspended. These are obvious features of scam, don’t you think? In my opinion, if you have a venture fund you need to provide as much information as possible or people won’t invest. Moreover, I tried to find some information about its founder named ramtin naimi. I guess it’s a real person, but there’s still nothing useful about him on the internet, just some details. He also runs several venture funds working with the same people, but i’m not sure the funds are legit. Just one advice from me: don’t invest in venture funds and don’t use their service for your ico without making a research.
