Took my money but never sent out my product

 

My Complaint: I placed an order with them on the 3rd of August , 2013 for a Clarasonic that they said on the website that there were 3 available for sale in the amount of around $80. They immediately withdrew the funds from my account and sent me an email the following day with a label number for the package to be shipped out from usps. It had said on the website when I made the purchase was that I should receive it within 7-10 days. 2 weeks pass after that and I still did not receive my order nor had I gotten any further info on my order. I contacted the local post office with the label number that had been provided to me by them and the postal said that they had not gotten any further shipment info since the label was first set up which was August 4th. So then I contacted Acctown by email because they did not have a contact number for me to reach them. They responded saying the the reason for the delay was that they had a backorder on my item (they did not tell me this when I made the purchase online, it clearly had stated on the website that they had 3 left in stock). Then they told me that they finally had the shipment in and that I should receive it by the following week. The following week rolls around and still nothing. I contacted them by email again and again they said that my order was on its ways to me, but still I have further info on the status of my order and have I yet to receive any from them.
I finally sent them an email stating that I would report them if I didn’t get my order
soon and they never responded. I don’t know what else to do now. They have taken my money (around $80) and they have not given me my product and now they won’t respond to my email. How can I go about getting my money back and how do I report them so that they can’t do this to anyone else? Please help!

 

My Demand: Either get my order asap or my money back
