Missing Item – No Refund Given


My Complaint: I ordered a dress for my birthday, which was in December 2013. I’ve contacted them over and over. I never received my dress before I went on vacation, so I requested a refund. I was offered 2 dresses for the same price I paid for the one I ordered but I declined the offer. I was told I would get a refund, however, I never received it.


My Demand: Entire refund.
