Complaint: I am filing a complaint against Andy’s Autosport because they make a business of selling people incorrect parts and charging hefty fees to return them. I’ve spoken to numerous customer service people, most will not even give out a name, they usually won’t connect me to a manager, and even when they do I get a voicemail that is never returned. I’ve been told by no less than five csrs that their return policy is “No refunds ever”” and that they customer service manager will not call me back because he “”doesn’t deal with this stuff.”” what stuff? good customer service? They sold me incorrect car seat covers
