I had bought a service contract (Receipt no. [protected]) on 3 august 2009 for 1 year for Aqua Flo Water Purifier. There has been no visit by the mechanic for the period.I contacted the Euro Helpline in Jaipur on 19 July 2010 to replace the candle and the carbon (complaint no. 397).Mr. Rajiv, the person-in-charge of our area-Malviya Nagar was also contacted but he kept on making excuses.Ultimately I made another complaint on 26 July 2010 (complaint no.705).One machanic came after 3 days but he refused to change the candle and returned without even looking at my purifier. Since then I have been continuously trying to pursue the matter at the local level but it seems they do not want to honour our service contract.Kindly look into the matter immediately. I had bought a contract presuming that a company of such high stature would provide good services but it seems that this scheme is being used by your employees in Jaipur to fill their own pockets and bring bad name to your company. Hoping you would take action immediately to provide relief.
