ASAP Motors ripoff If I had only known! Houston Texas!!. On 12/28/2006 I contacted ASAP for my customer and purchased a used transmission for his 98 Dodge Caravan. I was told I would be receiving the transmission on 01/02/07. I did not receive it until 01/10/2007. Upon arrival my techs installed the transmission. The transmission slipped in second gear. I then contacted ASAP and was told that I would have to ship the transmission back to them. They would then inspect the transmission and reship me another one. Ms Hoover then told me I would have to sign the contract she was faxing to me. Upon receiving the contract I read over it and it stated that “I have read and understand the refund and exchange policy.” I told Ms Hoover that I would not be signing the contract because I had never received a copy of the policy nor was ever told anything about a contract.
