ORDERD PRODUCT ON 07/27/05 AND WAS FINALLY CALLED ABOUT DELIVERY IN SEPTEMBER. WE SET UP DELIVERY WITH THE PROMISE THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL THE DAY BEFORE TO GIVE US A MORE EXACT TIME. NEVER RECEIVED CALL AND THEY NEVER WENT TO FRONT DOOR. WENT TO BACK OF HOUSE AND TAPPED ON A SLIDING DOOR AND LEFT. I CALLED BACK WHICH TOOK FOREVER BECAUSE YOU NEVER GET A LINE THAT GET THROUGH. ONCE I DID I SPOKE TO A DISPATCHER IN THE WAREHOUSE WHO ACTUALLY TOLD ME THAT THE DELIVERY GUY WERE RUDE WITH HER AND HAD NO REASON FOR WHY THEY DID NOT USE THE FRONT DOOR OR CALL THE DAY BEFORE LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I PLACED A COMPLAINT WITH MY SALES PERSON AND HE BASICALLY PASSED THE BUCK. NOT HIS PROBLEM OR ANYTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT IT. I HAVE WORKED IN SALES AND WAREHOUSING FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND KNOW THAT IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. nI FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER CARE WHO PROMISED THAT THIS WAS HANDLED WRONG AND WOULD MAKE SURE ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND THEY WOULD CALL BACK THAT DAY. GUESS WHAT, “THEY NEVER CALLED BACK””. FINALLY CALLED MY SALES PERSON BACK AND DEMANDED TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN CORPORATE AND WAS MOVED ON TO ANOTHER GAL WHO PROMISED TO GET BACK THE NEXT DAY AND WOULD DEMAND TO GET MY SOFA OUT TO ME. GUESS WHAT “”NO CALL BACK””. FINALLY CALLED AGAIN AND WAS PUT THROUGH TO A VERY RUDE PERSON WHO SAID THATS TOO BAD TO ALL OF THIS AND YOU WILL PAY TO HAVE IT REDELIVERED. GUESS WHAT “”I WILL CARRY THE FURNITURE ON MY BACK IF I HAVE TOO”” BEFORE THESE RIPOFFS GET ANOTHER DOLLAR OUT OF ME. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH LONGER WAIT TIMES BUT NOTIFY US
