My husband and I were married for 8 years and have two beautiful children. At the time my nightmare began, I was working two jobs and was a full-time college student, but still managed to have dinner on the table every night. I was busy and stressed all the time. I was under the impression that my husband knew I had a lot on my plate and that he understood the pressure I was under. I just thought he was being understanding, but now I know differently. I didn’t put him first and I’ll be the first to admit that, but within two weeks of text messages and phone calls between him and Ashley they were “in love.” I had suspicions that something was bothering him, but not another woman. He is a retail store manager and she worked next door, but began visiting my husband on a daily basis. She was giving him the attention that I failed to give him. || After growing up in a home full of cheaters, I despise liars and cheaters and yet I found myself in the middle of the same nightmare I tried to stay away from. He left me 2 days after my birthday with him telling me that he didn’t love me any longer and that he loved her. He just walked away. Over the years my husband was always a bit sensitive, but when he walked away he was cold. No matter what I did or what I said he didn’t have any remorse for leaving. He left me on a Wednesday and he slept with her on the following Saturday night. She disappeared from his life after that night. As the daughter of a man in the Army, a police officer, and private investigator….I picked up a few tricks on how to get information on people. She neglected to talk with me and she moved onto another man. Shortly after my husband began wanting to have me back into his life I discovered 7-9 other marriages that she ruined over the course of a few years including her ex-husband. She got married to the only single man she was involved with at the time and I have found out that she has already betrayed him. She ruined the bond my husband and I had, and we may never get it back.
