ASOS customer service is disgusting. I purchased a pair of boots from asos. They didn’t fit so I returned the item. They returned the boots claiming tape on the box prevented my return. If that wasn’t bad enough..they later claimed they would honor my return if I just sent the boots back. SO I sent the boots back and I talked to them today and they now have “no proof”” I sent the boots back. Despite the fact that I provided them with a receipt showing I returned the boots. Which means I am out of my money

out of my over-sized boots
