Autolightpros.com Sent wrong product, horrible returns Internet!!. We ordered a set of Spyder headlights for our son for Christmas. Received the lights and they were not the correct lights shown on the website. Could only obtain email and no phone number. Emailed them. Waited. Found a phone number on box and got a cell phone of a guy who apologized and said to reorder a new set of lights so we could receive them by Christmas and he would send a label to return the others. Got the second set- same. Not what was pictured and still no return label. Kept emailing. Several days between responses. We decided to just put the second set on the car so not to have any more aggravation. Continued to request return label. Finally two months later we received instructions on where to send the headlights for a refund. WE had to pay return shipping which was $80 AND they were going to charge a 30% restocking fee. That’s a total of $140 out of our pocket for $210 lights that were not the right ones to begin with. We sold them locally instead of returning them. Horrible horrible company. No way to contact them via phone and it takes weeks to get an email response and do NOT stand behind their products or their customer service. They completely ripped us off.
