Complaint: On 11-06-03, my wife purchased a DVD system for our Ford Expedition by money order through the mail. We received the product on or about the 12th of December o3. We had the system installed into our vehicle to find out that it did not work. I called and spoke to a rep. named Sam who I told that the product was being returned due to it not working. They received the package on the 19th of Dec and I explained that that was a Christmas gift. He guarenteed me that the product would be back in my possession no later than the 24th of Dec. I did not receive it until the 26th of Dec and that product did not work either. I called then and spoke to another rep named Nate who told me that Sam was the boss and it was his decision if I would receive a refund. I resent the product back to then on the 7th of Jan 04. I spoke to Sam and Nate and at that time no-one was the boss and it had to be a corparate level decision. Sam told me that he would send me a new one back on the 8th of Jan 04. I have not received one as of 22 JAn 04. The total price for the package was $348.00. These people are frauding hard working citizens and I hope that we all can come together to put them out of business and no-one else gets ripped off. I have not had any contact with Autoronics since the 7th of Jan 04. I tried to call their 800 number but it has been disconnected. Kevin douglas, GeorgiaU.S.A.
