Saying I have a negative balance asked for pin and person password


My Complaint: Filled out on line application then got phone call and they were asking me for personal pin password online Id won’t give me answers I called 5 times got the same two people each time they can’t explain anything. They said they verified my account as negative which is not true. they said they needed my personal pin and also needed my verification question and password.


My Demand: shut them down
