I just purchased one of their watches: Vintage Pilot Style Sapphire Crystal Wristwatch – Green $139.99 | Shipping $2.95. | The luminous dial is pityful! The powder coating is really just paint. Worth $30 at best. Will not give refund. Avoid these crooks at all costs. | The luminous dial is the weakest I have ever seen! I have 20 year old watches that still retain their luminescence still! The powder coating finish is also poor. At best, this is a $50 watch, and not the $139.99 that I paid for it. | I would like to request a refund. Please let me know how to go about doing this.
