I had a balance of $483.00, the last time I viewed my balance via my BofA app. Then, today, my balance is zero. it stated that my account is zero because i owned fees. I asked for what via phone, and I got no reply exist, they do not want my business anylonger. No refund, or letter stating what exidence they had. Just took my money, and closed my account. What can I do to get my money back?!
