MODEL: CLASSIMA E ROND L YG LA AT SILV Serial# L 4799929 Purchased : 2009/FEB This watch quit working during SEPT 1st weeks ago. I contacted B&M and they asked me to send the watch. I received the document just today SEP 22nd and the repair turn around is 5 weeks. There is serious lack of customer services and seriousness to help customers. They stated this “the reason for the delay is because they have lots of time pieces for repair””. They also said this is our process and the turn around time for any repair is 8 to 10 weeks. Apparently this seems to be common thing for B&M. This watches are rip off. I have couple of other brands and never had any complaints or issue for 15 years. What does it take to make sure to make sure the truth be told to the consumers about the brand B&M? I want to make sure thy fix the “”repair”” process. I am very confident that the time piece is defective and I would like to see a full investigation and statistics about the defective time pieces they produce.”
