Dear BeautyJoint management, it’s the right time when you have to fire all of your employees working at customer service department. Because it’s awful. First of all, I have to say about my order. My items were the same I ordered, only colors were different. I didn’t pay for this, so you could just have said that you don’t have them and I would have thought what to do next. But you made a decision for me and shipped a completely different product. It’s your huge disadvantage. I called their customer service and they behaved like crap, didn’t offer anything, didn’t help at all. Speaking to them is like speaking to a robot. No personal attitude, no understanding of the situation, no empathy. They simply have a script in front of them and that’s what they use when talking to you. Terrible. No use.
