Spoke to two of their customer service agents today to see about setting up internet service with them after canceling our previous account which is in my ex”s name. The line I contacted both times was the customer retention line. I was laughed at and hung up on by the first rep I was speaking with. The second then put me through the ringer to get any information. She ran a credit check, wanted employer information and landlord information! All before providing me with the same “deal” that is on the website. Once I was not happy with the “retention deal” she proceeded to get upset that I would not commit to the service. After asking for her name again since it was now an hour after we first started speaking she refused to answer me and hung up on me. Great client service from Bell once again. Someone please bring another internet provider to Nova Scotia!
