Ordered soap in October 2015, received a partial shipment. Called company and they stated it was back ordered. Called a few weeks later and asked for a refund and they said they would input an inquiry as to why I have received it. Called two days ago, and they wanted me to track down my shipment slip. It has been 4 months I cant find my order slip. Plus what happened to just sending me a refund or more product. This is ridiculous, It was just some soap not a costly product. Their customer service stinks and I still have not received my product. Buyers beware.
