I placed my initial order in early April for free 30 day supply. The next day I cancelled on line when I read that they automatically bill your credit card and send you a supply each month. May 18th they billed my card $70 and send me more pills anyway. nAfter calling and speaking to a rep (and getting nowhere), I said I wanted to talk to a supervisor. I was told that I had not cancelled (Yes, I did!) and if I did I would have been given a cancellation # confirming this. He refused to credit my acct. nI got back on line to see if I had been cancelled and resubmitted all the info like I had done before. A screen came up, as before, saying I was cancelled now and would recieve no more shipments. But nowhere was there a cancellation number to confirm this. nI called back the company to tell them that I had cancelled again and still no number…was told I could not talk to a supervisor because I already had! When I asked the rep about the cancellation number he acted like he didn’t have a clue what I was talking about! Why?? Because there is no number!! It is all scammed to get your $$ for another month! nI called the credit card company and disputed it and as of now, unless the company disputes it, they have taken the charge off my card. nI have never dealt with such scum in my life as the people I talked to from this company over the phone! nPattynbarberton, OhioU.S.A.
