A little over a month ago, my fiance and I dropped off an Ipaq that was purchased there to be repaired. It had a cracked screen. It was cracked during a vacation. When we took it in, the technician was very kind to us. He said that it would take about 2 weeks to be repaired. After numerous promised of it being there “soon”” we were told it would be in the next day

if not the next day for sure the day after that. nSo

the day after that we go in. It’s not there. Big shock. We still weren’t that upset though

we were just glad it was going to be repaired. 1 month almost to the day we received a call that it was for sure in. We went in. When the technician opened the box

there was nothing repaired at all! The screen was still cracked and NOTHING had been done. The tech was still nice at this point. He said he was going to go talk to his manager so we wouldn’t be charged. I asked him about the $24.95 we were already charged. nSo he comes back with the manager and the first words out of his mouth were that he wasn’t going to refund the $24.95 but he wasn’t going to charge us for the parts or the labor. Well gee golly wiz
