I pre-ordered a Funko Pop item for a Christmas gift, well in advance of the holiday, and was assured that they would have it in a few weeks. Here it is the middle of April, still haven’t received it, and they refuse to refund my money! | They say something about their providers or whatever not having shipped it yet, but I don’t believe it. I preordered some of the other characters of the same line from other dealers, and in fact ordered the exact same item, and had them within a few days, proving that the item had been released. | Never did they contact me to let me know that they wouldn’t be able to deliver; I always had to contact them. They offer me a store credit, but I refuse to take it for two reasons: | 1. This is on them, not on me. If I had just changed my mind, they would be justified in not giving a refund. | 2. Why on earth would I want to do business with them again? | As far as I’m concerned, these people are no better than thieves They have, in effect, stolen my money. Nothing could induce me to deal with them again, once I get my money!
