I have recently moved from Md to Nc, and my movie renting experience has taken a turn for the worst. I went in tonight 5/18 to my local blockbuster and received no customer service at all. I stood in line behind 6 other people as one guy worked the register, and another employee just stood there not offering to help or open up another register. nI want to know who hires these people, and is it mandatory that they have no customer service skills. Finally after 15 minutes we were waited on, only to find out that a late charge was on my account.. bull I took that movie back myself on time. nI don’t know how long it takes those people to check them in, but I refuse to pay for there insolence. Renting a movie already cost $4.50, which is outrageous anyway. I guess I can just think of this experience as my last ever at a blockbuster store. nKarennRaleigh, North CarolinaU.S.A.
