Charging me for a canceled hotel room

 

My Complaint: I booked a room at The District Hotel in Washington DC using booking.com, it was advertised as no fee for cancellations, I canceled the hotel room weeks ago using the booking.com web site but I still got charged $99.00 plus tax for 2 nights. I contacted both The District hotel and Booking.com and they both tell me I did not cancel.

 

My Demand: Total refund
