bought product did not receive


My Complaint: Bought smoker for $314.99 on Jan. 1st and it was shipped to wrong address, my old address on 14th, which I learned through tracking number 9 days later. Shane said “sorry” and that it was sent to Pay Pal address, which I had about same time updated along with new card. Basically he is saying I am out of luck with smoker and refund! Sent to wrong address even though emailed receipt showed updated address along with updated billing address. My wife called about 30 times in 2 days with no response. Shane is cold and totally unhelpful. Don’t waist your money! Shop elsewhere! So far I am out of a smoker and $314.99!
