We called this company to look at our stove top and built-in microwave since they are not working properly. They came out one time and charged us for 2 trip charges. When I asked them why, they said this is their policy and they have been doing this for a long time. To me, it is just another example of dishonest companies trying to rip off unsuspecting consumers. Under what reason can they charge two trip charges when there is only ONE TRIP?
