In February 2009 I ordered an item and had not recieved it a full month later. I called to cancel the order and like other posters here, was told they could cancel my order but that only a “Jeff”” could authorize a refund. I followed up with TWO emails to this apparently non-existant “”Jeff”” person to no avail. Today


I called again to verify a refund which I still have not obtained. Again

I was told about “”Jeff.”” The oeprator said she thought this was unusual he hadn’t replied but since I have read 5 other stories similar to mine
