Overcharged and not received product

 

My Complaint: I was overcharged for an item I purchased two months ago. I am unable to contact the company as they have disconnected contact access. I received an email a month ago saying the product was being shipped FedEx, however there was no tracking information. It appears they lied to me. I will attempt to refute the charges with my credit card company.

 

My Demand: Refund
