I received a text message stating my Chase acct. has been compromised. I know I don’t have an account so I didn’t bother to look at it by opening up any further. It said if I don’t respond, I would not be able to use my credit card any longer. When I looked up the phone number for Chase fraud dept. to notify them, the operator kept asking for my account number. When I told them I didn’t have one, they said they couldn’t take my information. So I called the ScamPulse.com Central OH to report this since I am a senior citizen and don’t want this to happen to anyone else as they could respond and get scammed. I don’t know why when you try to report something now they want you to do everything online and not speak to anyone but they did at ScamPulse.com and I thanked them for getting this information out.
