Complaint: We received no bill for Feb/.March. We got a summary with a total plus a late fee, There was no indication of individual charges, just the total. We contacted the company who blamed the mail service. They agreed to send us a bill but refused to remove the late charge. Since we had never , over 15 years, been late, we objected. We cancelled our card . The shole process of finding someone to talk to was very difficult, very time-consuming. Their 24-7 service does not exist as advertised, there are very specific hours. To cancel our card was a repeat of the whole problem of finding someone who could do it. Since Chevron sold their credit card service to GE it has been a mess.
