I bought a hair straightener on August 6 2017 from Elly’s world . I received an email stating I’d receive it in 4 -6 weeks. My bank acct was charged $49.97. As of today Oct 3 2017 I have not received it. I have send numerous replys to my confirmation and tried their links saying they are no longer available. Is there anyway to get my money back?
