I’ve been waiting for my product to arrive for over 2 months; they keep telling me it’s on its way and now it’s in China apparently. I don’t even live in China, how did it end up there after 2 months?! Are DX so sloppy that they messed up the country I live in? This appears to be the case. Live chatting customer service was little help as the guy didn’t even work for DX and was unable to do basic things, like emailing or faxing info. This coupled with his very poor grammar, led me to believe he was borderline retarded.Their customer service is laughable and they do not ship items properly. I still want my item so I will continue to interact with “customer service””.”
