I made an appt with Empire Carpets to come to our home today, 9/2/05. Last night I had to cancel and did so via email. We were able to rearrange out plans so I called Empire this morning and spoke with a rep. who reinstated our initial appt. Several hours later I recieved a phone call stating that our appt. had been cancelled and that specific time was not available. After being on the phone for nearly 1 1/2 hours to try to rectify this situation Empire was completely unsympathetic and would not budge in trying to make an appt for us. I then told them that there company is nothing like what is represented on their commercials. I will never be treated like that again.
