hanging up ,not returning or no answering my calls after taking payment


My Complaint: I received a call Friday August 29 from the federal grant resource center informing me that I qualify for a $ 25,000 federal grant. The mans name is Martin Glenn employee ID# C962231.I gave him my debt card #. He told me my grant would me deposited that day. Nothing happened. Sat. aug. 30 Bobby called he said he was Martins boss , he informed me he could not deposit that much money. He told me to go to Western Union and send $239.00 to Brandon Ward in India. I did.I was told from Bank of America on Sept 2 that my grant would be ready that evening (not).I was called back Sept. 3 and told there was a mistake @ western union that I needed to redo it. I went back to western union Sept 4 and sent $239.00 to Linda Moore in India. I was informed it was ready again.(not). I was called again Sept.5 and told to go CVS Pharmacy and get a Green Dot Moneypak card for $200.00. I did and was informed that $5002.00 would be on the card in 45 minutes.(not). My $205.00 is also gone. Since that date they do not return my calls or they hang up’
