Focalprice claims low prices on almost every item you look at on their website. The only problem is after taking your money almost immediately they never ship the product. nTheir customer service is a joke. They provide bogus tracking numbers with a link to the DHL website. The tracking numbers are unknown to DHL. They send form letters via email that blame US customs for their problems and just continue to ask to wait for the shipment. After waiting one month for the shipment, I have concluded I will never get the product. nThere should be a way for credit card companies to reject these scam websites when they find out about them. It would save a lot of trouble for the customer that buys from them in good faith.
