Doesn’t know how to talk
Frank Marzano is a fraudster. Don’t believe all those articles praising him. I made a huge mistake by hiring him and I don’t recommend doing that to anyone else. He is an arrogant and rude person who doesn’t care about his clients. Frank doesn’t focus on his clients’ needs and goals. Instead of focusing on their requirements, he focuses on himself and his interests. I have worked with plenty of professionals in my career but I had never seen such an arrogant person before.
In most of our meetings, he talks in a certain manner which irritates me. He sounds very arrogant and makes you feel as if you’re inferior to him. Moreover, he doesn’t hesitate in taking calls during client meetings, which in my opinion, is the most unprofessional thing you can do. I always thought client service was one of the biggest aspects of financial planning. That’s why I used to respect these people. Delivering quality client service is quite a difficult thing to do. You need to keep the client’s unique requirements and preferences in mind while talking to them. However, when you put in the right effort, the benefits are also worth it. But I don’t think Frank knows about this stuff. If he knows and still acts ignorant, then it’s more infuriating. Financial advisors should act professionally and properly with their clients. It seems as if Frank has forgotten all about that and focuses more on himself and his image.
Why Frank Marzano is a Fraud
I had heard a lot of great things about Frank. Investing is something I don’t know much about because I’m not very good with numbers. However, I know how important it is to invest your money. If you don’t invest it right, you might lose out on many potential gains. And I didn’t want that to happen. I wanted to secure my family’s future and use the money for the right reasons. That’s why I started looking for wealth advisory firms in my area. There are plenty of those here but the GM Advisory Group caught my eye.
Anyway, I chose to hire those people, which was a huge mistake. I have met with Frank Marzano and that changed my whole perspective about financial planners. My belief was that quality financial advisors care about their clients and listen to them. I thought they used to behave properly and decently. But Frank doesn’t do any of that.
No, instead of acting like a professional, he acts as if he owns the place and I’m his employee. I have felt very insulted during his meetings with me because of the way talks and behaves. Even though I have tried to express my concerns it seemed that Frank didn’t care about any of that. He doesn’t like criticism and it shows. I suspect that Frank Marzano has surrounded himself with yes-men who don’t tell him about his indecent behaviour. It’s pretty clear that most of the clients of the GM Advisory Group share my sentiments. I met with one of them and they also shared this feeling. According to them, Frank sounds smug and arrogant. You’d think he is listening to you but he doesn’t which wastes a lot of your time.
I’m not saying all the people at the GM Advisory Group are bad. No, it has some of the most wonderful people I have ever met in my life. They are hard workers who actually know how to talk to clients and how to behave during meetings. But their fault is that their boss doesn’t know any of these things. I worry about them because if Frank doesn’t improve himself, those people’s lives will get ruined with him. Those people deserve a better boss.
Who is Frank Marzano?
I don’t want anyone to confuse Frank Marzano with another one. The Frank Marzano I’m talking about is a financial planner at the GM Advisory Group. He is their managing principal and has CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certifications. One of the reasons why I hired him and his firm was his credentials. Had I known how terrible his behaviour is, I wouldn’t have hired him in the first place. I don’t recommend hiring Frank or the GM Advisory Group for that matter. This review (Frank Marzano) was originally published at Gripeo. To read the full review, go to – www.gripeo.com/frank-marzano/
